Terms & Conditions – Assassin Tattoo

1. Introduction

Welcome to Assassin Tattoo. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any of our tattoo or piercing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo at Assassin Tattoo.
• Clients under 18 are not permitted for tattoo services, even with parental consent, pursuant to Texas law.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment.

3. Appointments & Deposits

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied to the final price.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise your deposit may be forfeited.
• No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Health & Safety

• Inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, blood disorders, pregnancy, or nursing.
• We follow sterilization and sanitation protocols compliant with the Texas Department of State Health Services.
• We may refuse service if we believe your health or safety could be at risk.

5. Tattoo Process & Results

• Tattoos are permanent body modifications and may not be fully removable.
• Healing results vary by skin type, placement, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare.
• We are not responsible for variations in healed color, fading, or changes over time.
• Clients who provide artwork must guarantee ownership of rights or proper permission.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

• We provide written and verbal aftercare instructions at your appointment.
• You are responsible for following aftercare. Complications from improper aftercare are not our liability.

7. Payments & Pricing

• Accepted payments: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
• All prices are subject to change without notice; quotes are generally valid for 30 days.

8. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of tattooing, including but not limited to pain, infection, allergic reactions, and scarring. You release Assassin Tattoo, its owners, and artists from liability for adverse reactions or complications, except where prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photos, designs, and content on our website, social media, or in the studio are the property of Assassin Tattoo unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
