Founded in Beijing in 2000 and now proudly based in the U.S., Assassin is known for our unique blend of styles—from Eastern traditional to cyberpunk, realism (black & grey and color), fine line, and more. We celebrate diversity in style and welcome artists who bring their own unique voice to the table. You focus on creating great work—we’ll handle the rest.

• Strong portfolio and minimum 3 years of professional studio experience
• Available to work 5–6 days/week, ~7 hours/day (Day shifts)
• Excellent client communication and custom tattooing skills
• Responsible, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Open to collaboration and feedback
• Independent but team-oriented mindset

• Commission-based: Starting at a 50/50 split for new resident artists
• Consistent Workload: Artists are often booked weeks in advance—no chasing leads. Self-promotion can fill your calendar even more
• Independent Contractor Model: Maintain creative autonomy while enjoying a structured, professional environment

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Annual Compensation Range: $60,000 – $130,000
